What Makes Us Different

We don't just support you — we understand your health

Most NDIS providers are run by business professionals. Unity Care is different. Our team trained in hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics before entering the inclusive support sector. That means we bring a genuine understanding of medications, health conditions, and how your body and mind connect.

When we support you at home, we're not just ticking boxes on a care plan. We notice things. We understand your medications. We see you as a whole person — and that perspective shapes every interaction.

Our Story

Why we started Unity Care

Unity Care was founded by a team of professionals with backgrounds in pharmacy, radiology, and nursing. Our founders transitioned from clinical settings to specialised community support.

During our careers in health, we saw firsthand how individuals with diverse abilities often received fragmented support — care workers who didn't understand their medications, services that addressed one need but ignored the bigger picture.

That's why we built Unity Care — to bring the understanding of health professionals into the warmth and personalisation of tailored daily support.

Our Approach

The healthcare perspective in everything we do

Pharmacy Training

We understand medications — their interactions, side effects, and timing. When we help with daily routines, we notice things others might miss.

Radiology Expertise

Our understanding of diagnostic imaging gives us a deeper awareness of physical conditions, movement limitations, and what your body might be telling us.

Nursing Care

Nursing taught us person-centred care — patient dignity, clinical observation, and making people feel safe and valued. That ethos drives everything at Unity Care.
